What is JSTOR?

 

JSTOR (Journal STORage) presents the full text, in facsimile form, of the complete back files of important scholarly journals, generally from the first volume through issues published prior to the most recent three years. Current issues are generally not available. JSTOR provides the full-text of articles from hundreds of the most influential academic journals. JSTOR comprises a number of collections, and Middle Georgia State University now subscribes to the following: Arts & Sciences I, II, III, IV, V, VII, and Life Sciences. These collections contain journals in the following subject areas: American Studies, Anthropology, Aquatic Sciences, Art & Art History, Biological Sciences, Botany & Plant Sciences, Business, Classical Studies, Ecology & Evolutionary Biology, Economics, Education, Geography, Health Policy, History, History of Science & Technology, Language & Literature, Law, Mathematics, Music, Music, Paleontology, Performing Arts, Philosophy, Political Science, Population Studies, Public Policy & Administration, Religion, Sociology, Statistics, and Zoology

Books : Fifty thousand DRM-free titles from scholarly publishers.

Primary Sources :  More than two million primary sources across four collections:  Global Plants, 19th Century British Pamphlets, Struggles for Freedom: Southern Africa, and World Heritage Sites: Africa
