How do I view EBSCO eBooks on my computer?
EBSCO eBooks databases can be viewed online or downloaded onto PCs, Macs, Chromebooks, iPhone/iPad, Android, and other devices. To use features in an EBSCOhost database (including eBooks at EBSCOhost), the minimum browser requirements are Internet Explorer 7.0, Firefox 3.0, and Safari 3.0 (for Mac). You also must have Adobe Reader installed to view the PDF full-text files. EBSCO recommends Adobe Acrobat Reader version 8.2 or later. Download Adobe Reader at the Adobe site. For iPad and iPhone users, the Blue Fire reader app is recommended. EBSCO offers this useful guide with detailed information about how to use EBSCO eBooks. The guide includes video tutorials on searching, reading, and downloading EBSCO eBooks.
