Teams: the hub for meetings and shared documents, Teams is great for group work with features like voting, files, and channels. (Is also housed inside Blackboard as a Tool.)

Stream: a video creation and sharing platform with tons of features: add a quiz or form to a video; caption or transcribe content; live events; create channels; and much more.

Sway: create interactive and dynamic presentations or webpages, by starting blank or using existing content.

Adobe Express is a design and media-creation platform that's best used on the web but is also available on iOS and in beta for Android.
Sutori
A collaborative instructional and presentation tool for the classroom.
Screencastify
Capture one tab, your whole screen or your webcam. With the free version, you can record up to 5 minutes per video, with all recording features included.
Loom
Loom is a screencasting tool that allows you to record audio, video, browser windows or entire screens in Google Chrome.
