What Are Open Educational Resources (OER's)?

Open Educational Resources, or OER's, are freely accessible, openly licensed documents and media that are useful for teaching, learning, educational, assessment and research purposes. Although some people consider the use of an open format to be an essential characteristic of OER, this is not a universally acknowledged requirement.

This link of OER materials is not necessarily extensive.  Please check back periodically to see if any new resources have been added! Remember, contact your liaison if you have any questions about the Affordable Learning Initiative or Open Educational Resources.  Thank you!
