Task:

• Research an IT Organization: Research an IT organization and locate their latest case study in project management.
• Provide an Overview: Summarize the case study by describing the management theory applied and providing an overview of the IT project.
• Analyze Project Management Tools: Analyze how the project was managed using tools like Gannt charts or work breakdown charts.
• Incorporate a "Real" Statement: Include a statement from an actual project manager to add authenticity to your analysis.
• Critique Effectiveness: Critique the effectiveness of the project using one of the ten knowledge area frames. Prepare for Presentation: Prepare a five-minute presentation highlighting your findings and key discussions from the paper.
